Eagle Man Accused of Bilking Hundreds of Thousands in Affinity Fraud
An Eagle investment promotor has been slapped with a suit by the State of Idaho, alleging fraud.
The Idaho Department of Finance announced the suit this morning against Wayne Beckley, alleging he obtained nearly $800,000 from at least 10 Idahoans, promising 12-percent interest payments and a possible doubling of investment.
The lawsuit seeks restitution for investors, penalties of $45,000, and a permanent injunction prohibiting Beckley from offering securities in Idaho in the future.
